Home Survey level 2 and Valuation (previously known as Homebuyers Survey)

Home Survey level 3 (previously known as Building Survey)
A level 3 survey will give you professional detailed advice on repairs and defects of the property.
It is a more detailed and in depth look at the property. This type of survey is the most comprehensive one available and is normally recommended for older and dated properties.
